![]() Also, I just tried today doing a complete uninstall of the 1082 software and driver, so it's gone, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the 1884 driver. I did have an FW-1082, and Logic keeps giving me an error message that it's not connected, but it always gave me that even when the 1884 was connected and working fine. It's like it's turned off, except it's not. ![]() When I load up (or create new) projects in Logic, I get no fader movement, no transport controls, nothing. However, Logic won't communicate with it. Step One: You must boot Windows 10 into 'unsigned driver mode'. c) The Tascam page also has the 'Sonar v1.22' plug-in, make sure you get the 圆4 version. b) You'll need the Tascam v1.8 FW-1884 driver, you get that here. So today, I go to load it all up, and the computer recognizes the Tascam and vice versa (the Firewire light on the Tascam lights up, and my audio will run from the MBP out thru the Tascam). FIRST: a) You're going to need the 'Legacy' firewire driver, you get that here. I even used it in a session yesterday, no problems whatsoever. ![]() I know that the 1884's latest driver is 32-bit compatible, and I know they're not making a new one, so I boot my MBP in 32-bit mode, and it recognizes my FW-1884.
